Production Supervisor
Summary:
Supervises the activities of production employees to meet the departments manufacturing objectives in a multi-shift operation.
Essential Functions:
Provide the necessary leadership to ensure parts, subassemblies and/or final assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
Monitors and assists production employees to identify and correct problems to meet production schedules.
Trains employees in use of tools, equipment, safety and security procedures and workflow processes and procedures.
Oversees production employees to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures and practices.
Carries out other duties as delegated.
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent with five years manufacturing experience.
Working knowledge of production operations.
Organizational and interpersonal skills.
Effective communicator.
US Citizenship is required.
