Injection Molding Engineer
Job Description Local manufacturer looking to add to the Injection Molding team.
Looking for reliable team player who can lead and work alongside a dynamic team already in place.

Job SummaryThe primary role of the IM Process Engineer is to establish, support and implement process controls on all facets of existing and new injection molding projects including training across all shifts.
ResponsibilitiesThe IM Process Engineer is responsible for; evaluating mold and tooling requirements as assigned, to determine process, material, or tool-related issues and make appropriate recommendations.
In addition; technical training on cutting edge technologies coupled with ownership of teaching the knowledge to all Injection Molding team members including Master Molder capabilities; being the liaison between the production floor, engineering and Quality Assurance in the implementation and sustaining of Pneu Dart, Inc.
company policies including establishment and implementation of process sheets / programs, mold validation, scientific molding and quality procedures while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrated success and knowledge in the following areas:
Master MolderDOERCA- Route Cause AnalysisSPC - Capability studiesContinuous Improvement / Lean AssessmentProcess development, mold/press/process debugging and mold designEducation & Experience- Bachelor-s degree or equivalent work experience in Injection Molding and mold designIf interested please email resume to email removed and call 570-692-0342 to discuss further.
