Program Engineer
Kelly Engineering Resources is currently accepting resumes for a Program Engineer position in Williamsport, PA.
This is a direct hire position.
Duties will include but not be limited to; program management of specific customers, understanding the complete process, pulling other parties together to accomplish the task of manufacturing the customer product at zero defect and on time as required by the customer.
Individuals will be required to have a working knowledge of basic CAD data, Microsoft Windows software, and mechanically inclined to solve mechanical issues.
Familiarity with military specifications, AS9100 quality requirements, Six Sigma training, and World Class/Lean manufacturing concepts are all desired.
Responsibilities include driving Zero-Defect Quality, 100% On Time Delivery and minimal Cycle Time.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline 3-5 years post education experience with hands on Program/Project Management.
Mechanical mindset - a problem solver is required.
Experience in the assembly of printed circuit board assemblies is a huge plus.
